On this solo effort, Trey Anastasio jumps from fusion jazz (“Cincinnati”)
to art-rock to genuine rockers (the irresistible “Dragonfly” and “Mud
City”). He also finds time to finger-pick his way through an acoustic instrumental,
“Empty House.” He did the cover art and is donating a portion of this
album’s sales to arts education through his 7 Below fund.
