Along with a wonderful supporting team, Scandinavian jazz vocalist Kristin Asbjornsen creates a stirring soundtrack for Factotum. In addition to working with her own band, Dadafon, Asbjornsen benefits from the musical gifts of Tord Gustavsen on piano, Jarle Bernhoft on various instruments, and several other contributors. Her gentle score beneath “I Wish to Weep” and several other Bukowski poems are powerful.
