From Jerry Reed’s “East Bound and Down” to Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Gimme Three Steps,” the soundtrack also includes “Smoke! Smoke! Smoke! (That Cigarette)” by Sammy Davis, Jr. and a new version of “Instant Karma” by John Hiatt.
